RITA
Rita has been working with the company for six years. She moved to New Zealand with her family and balances managing the store while also taking care of her responsibilities at home.
Although life can sometimes be stressful, Rita is very goal-oriented and has developed strong multitasking skills that help her manage both work and family life effectively.
KASHAL
Kashal moved to New Zealand in 2023. While job hunting, she was given the opportunity to work at S Nagindas. Over time, she gradually learned the responsibilities involved in handling and co-managing the company alongside Rita and Shiona.
She has shared that this experience has been very positive for her and has helped her grow professionally. During her time at Nagindas, she has also gained valuable product knowledge about the store’s items, which has made it easier for her to perform her duties confidently.
SHIONA
Shiona previously worked at the S Nagindas Fiji branch for more than six years before being given the opportunity to work at the New Zealand branch.
Because of her experience in Fiji, she has strong product knowledge and plays an important role in helping to manage the store.
Today, the shop is successfully managed by a team of women who work together to ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities are shared equally among them, and the teamwork has allowed the store operations to continue efficiently.
